AlFly ("we", "us") is based in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains what personal information we collect through alfly.com.au, why we collect it and how we look after it.
What we collect
- Flight requests: your name, email, phone number, travel destination, dates, number of travellers, children's ages, baggage, cabin class, budget and any comments.
- Flav Jobs enquiries: your name, email, phone number, current country, passport nationality, visa type, ABN status, English level, age, the construction role you want and your experience.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your flight quote, and to issue your tickets if you accept.
- To help you find construction work in Sydney and contact you about roles.
- To reply to your questions.
We do not sell your information, and we only send marketing if you have agreed to it.
Who we share it with
- Partner travel agencies, so they can price and issue your flights.
- Employers or contractors, for Flav Jobs enquiries, only with your agreement.
- Service providers we use to run the business, such as our email and website hosts. Some of these store data outside Australia.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it for these purposes, and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss or misuse.
Your choices

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Our website is hosted by Webflow. If we add visitor analytics such as Google Analytics, it collects general information like pages viewed and device type, and we will update this policy.
